• Writing: Users can input text into the Message Window using the on-screen keyboard, with the option to have the text spoken aloud by pressing the Speak button. ClaroCom also allows for real-time speech of words being typed or inserted. The text-to-speech function makes use of standard iOS voices and enables sharing via Messages, Mail, or copying to other applications. Features such as Word Prediction, Phrase Prediction, and built-in phrase banks facilitate faster writing and offer convenience.
• Word Prediction: ClaroCom incorporates a Word Prediction feature that considers word frequency and context to enhance typing efficiency. It comes preloaded with an initial Word Prediction list and can learn new words based on user input.
• Phrase Prediction: By utilizing Phrase Prediction, users can access commonly used phrases from visible categories. ClaroCom stores newly input phrases for future use. The feature allows for instant access to predicted phrases through a dedicated Phrase bar above the keyboard.
• System Voices: The app offers flexibility in voice selection, allowing users to utilize any available voices on their iOS device. Moreover, users can adjust the speaking rate to suit their preferences.
